1. Controller

The controller of your data is ASTER OÜ, Registered address to be added. For anything in this policy write to info@aster-support.com.

2. What we collect

Quiz answers. Your choices on each screen, including your date of birth. Date of birth is needed to produce the reading; it is the whole basis of the product.

Email address. Collected so the reading can be delivered.

Technical data. A session identifier, the pages and steps you reach, timestamps, approximate device type, browser user agent, referring page, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through.

Payment data. Handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and an order reference, never your full card number.

We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or any special category data such as health, religion or sexual orientation. Please do not send them to us in free-text fields.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

To produce and deliver what you bought — performance of our contract with you.

To keep a record of the order, handle refunds and comply with accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.

To keep the service working and to see where people abandon the quiz, using our own first-party measurement — our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.

To measure and target advertising with third-party pixels — only with your consent, which you give or refuse in the banner and can change at any time.

4. Cookies and similar technology

A strictly necessary cookie holds your session identifier so you can reload or come back and continue where you stopped. It cannot be switched off without breaking the quiz.

Advertising and analytics pixels — such as Meta, TikTok and Google — load only after you accept them. If you refuse, they are never loaded and no data reaches those companies from this site.

Refusing has no effect on the reading you receive.

5. Who we share it with

Our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, our payment provider, and the model providers that generate the text and the portrait.

Advertising platforms, only where you consented to their pixels.

Authorities, where we are legally required to.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it for anyone else's independent marketing.

6. Transfers outside your country

Some of these providers operate outside the EEA and the UK. Where that happens we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination.

7. How long we keep it

Quiz sessions that never reach payment are deleted after 12 months.

Orders, and the answers a delivered reading was built from, are kept for as long as accounting law requires, then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your data sooner — see below.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict or stop a particular use, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format.

Write to info@aster-support.com. We answer within one month.

If you are in the EEA or the UK you may also complain to your national data protection authority.

9. Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the service, write to info@aster-support.com and we will delete the record.

10. Automated processing

Your reading is produced automatically from your answers. This has no legal or similarly significant effect on you: it is entertainment content, not a decision about you.

There is no profiling used to decide anything about your access to goods, services, credit or employment.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the date below changes with it. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
