1. Who we are

The service is operated by ASTER OÜ, registered at Registered address to be added, contact info@aster-support.com.

Throughout these terms "we" and "us" mean the operator, and "you" means the person using the service.

2. What you are buying

A one-time personalised reading delivered by email. It normally contains a portrait image, a written account of a possible meeting, and a compatibility text based on the birth details you provide.

Delivery is normally within 24 hours of payment and may take up to 48 hours at times of high demand.

The reading is a digital product. It is not a physical item and nothing is shipped.

3. Entertainment only

Everything sold here is provided for entertainment and personal reflection.

Nothing in a reading is a prediction of fact, a statement about any real identifiable person, or professional advice of any kind — medical, psychological, legal or financial. Do not make decisions with legal, financial or health consequences on the basis of a reading.

We make no promise that any event described in a reading will happen.

4. How readings are produced

Readings are generated automatically with the assistance of language models and image models, using the answers and birth details you submit.

Because generation is automated, readings are not reviewed one by one before delivery, and two people who give similar answers may receive similar results. Readings are not unique and are not claimed to be.

Any face shown in a portrait is generated. It does not depict, identify or predict any real person, living or dead. Any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using it you confirm that you are.

You must provide accurate information. A reading built from incorrect birth details cannot be corrected free of charge.

6. Payment

Prices are shown before payment and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The price shown at checkout is the price charged.

This is a single payment. It is not a subscription and nothing renews automatically.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

7. Refunds and withdrawal

Readings are personalised digital content produced specifically for you and delivered quickly. Where the law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right is lost once delivery has begun with your consent, and you are asked to give that consent at checkout.

If your reading fails to arrive, arrives damaged or unreadable, or is materially not what was described, contact info@aster-support.com and we will re-deliver it or refund it in full.

We do not refund on the basis that you disagree with the content of a reading, since the service is sold for entertainment.

8. Acceptable use

You may use your reading for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not resell it, present it as the work of a human astrologer, present a generated portrait as a photograph of a real person, or use the service to harass, profile or make claims about anybody else.

We may refuse or cancel an order, with a refund, where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.

9. Intellectual property

The website, its texts, layout and artwork remain ours.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the reading delivered to you.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the reading concerned.

We are not liable for any decision you take in reliance on a reading.

11. Availability

We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your order, and the date below shows when it last changed.

12. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia.

Send any complaint to info@aster-support.com first — we would rather resolve it directly. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
